Functional & Aesthetic Postpartum Recovery
After giving birth, every woman deserves more than generic exercises or one-size-fits-all advice. That’s why I created Close Your Core® — a specialised postpartum recovery program developed in Spain after more than 20 years of experience in women’s wellness and movement-based rehabilitation.
This method was born from my work with hundreds of women in postnatal recovery, combined with my own personal journey after childbirth. I know first-hand the changes your body and mind go through — and I’ve designed a program that blends science, mindful movement, and hands-on support to help you feel strong, confident, and connected again.
What Makes Close Your Core® Unique?
Close Your Core® goes far beyond “closing the gap” of diastasis recti. It’s a complete functional and aesthetic recovery system that works from the inside out, created for women who want to restore not just their core, but their posture, breathing, and confidence.
We focus on:
- Rebuilding deep core function for stability and strength.
- Restoring pelvic floor awareness and improving posture.
- Enhancing breathing patterns to release tension and improve circulation.
- Reducing bloating, abdominal discomfort, and disconnection.
- Supporting your emotional wellbeing as you reconnect with your body.
How It Works
The program combines:
- Personalised assessment – to understand your body’s needs and goals.
- Guided hands-on techniques – to release tension, improve alignment, and optimise recovery.
- Targeted functional exercises – inspired by Pilates, LPF® (Low Pressure Fitness), and Método 5P®, adapted to your stage of recovery.
- Therapeutic tools & technology – to enhance results and tissue health.
Your Close Your Core® Program Includes:
10 guided sessions (30 min targeted movement + 30 min therapeutic massage).
- One session per week for 10 weeks.
- 1:1 personalised support with an experienced women’s health recovery specialist.
- Reconnect Kit to continue your progress at home, including:
- Postural training trunk.
- Winner Flow® breathing trainer.
- Resistance band.
- Personal Recovery Guide (PDF).
