ClinicWith more than 20 years of clinical experience, Saila Insua has built a career defined by excellence, innovation and compassion in patient care. Trained as a physiotherapist in Spain, she directed her own physiotherapy clinic for over a decade and mentored future health professionals as a clinical tutor, combining rigorous academic knowledge with hands-on expertise.

Internationally recognised, Saila has specialised in dermatofunctional therapy, lymphoedema and lipedema management, and complex post-surgical recovery. In Sydney, she works closely with leading plastic surgeons, providing evidence-based and individualised treatments that integrate Manual Lymphatic Drainage (Leduc & Vodder methods), scar and fibrosis therapy, myofascial release and therapeutic exercise strategies.

Her passion lies in women’s health across all life stages—from fertility and pregnancy to postpartum recovery, menopause and oncology care. She incorporates Therapeutic Pilates and Low Pressure Fitness (hypopressive method) into her treatments, empowering women to restore core function, improve posture, and prevent long-term complications such as diastasis or pelvic floor dysfunction.

With a dual background in physiotherapy and nutrition, Saila offers a truly holistic approach, focused on restoring function, preventing complications and optimising both health and aesthetic outcomes.

Today, at InBody Clinic, Saila brings her European clinical training, decades of experience and genuine commitment to each treatment, helping patients recover, feel stronger and reconnect with their bodies. Her mission is clear: to raise the standard of integrated post-operative care and women’s health therapy in Australia.
