Saila Insua is a highly experienced therapist specialising in women’s health, dermatofunctional therapy and advanced lymphatic care, with more than 20 years of clinical experience in rehabilitation and tissue recovery.

Originally trained as a physiotherapist in Spain, Saila directed her own physiotherapy clinic for over a decade and mentored healthcare students as a clinical tutor. Her work has focused on connective tissue therapy, lymphatic rehabilitation and complex post-surgical recovery.

She provides specialised treatments for women across all life stages, including fertility support, pregnancy care, postpartum recovery, hormonal body changes and chronic inflammatory conditions.

Saila is particularly recognised for her expertise in clinical lymphatic drainage and post-surgical recovery after plastic and reconstructive procedures. In Sydney, she collaborates with leading surgeons to support optimal healing, helping patients reduce post-operative swelling, fibrosis and tissue congestion while improving overall surgical outcomes.

Her clinical approach integrates advanced manual therapy, Vodder and Leduc lymphatic drainage techniques, dermatofunctional therapy and INDIBA® radiofrequency technology, which helps stimulate circulation, support collagen activity and accelerate tissue regeneration.
