Saila Insua is a highly experienced Remedial Massage Therapist, physiotherapy-trained in Spain with over 20 years of clinical expertise. She specialises in women’s health treatments across all life stages — fertility, pregnancy, postpartum and menopause — and provides advanced lymphatic drainage (Leduc & Vodder methods) for lymphoedema prevention and care.
